Our Sandstone Ropework course is suitable for people who have climbed previously and would like to learn how to set up their own climbs safely on Southern Sandstone.

Our expert climbing instructors will teach you all you need to know to get you out there climbing for yourselves without needing to have a qualified instructor on hand…meaning you can climb whenever you want!

Learn about safely setting up climbs, correct use of equipment for setting up, how to maintain climbing kit, about limitations of equipment, best practice, safe climbing, preservation of the Sandstone climbing environment and much more.

This course is a must for all climbers in the South East and will give you the essential skills to become an independent Southern Sandstone climber.
