Rock Climbing Taster
Get a taste for the exciting sport of rock climbing with our Climbing Experience!
Based in Sussex and Kent we'll be climbing on the most well known of the Southern Sandstone crags; Harrison's Rocks. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Harrison's is the perfect place for a day out in the great outdoors!
After a group safety briefing and introduction to the rocks, you'll warm up with some basic bouldering before learning to tie in and belay.
Southern Sandstone provides some fantastic climbs, and we'll get you climbing some classic routes like the; 'Dark Chimney', 'Giant's Staircase' and 'The Vice'
Alongside learning climbing technique we'll also cover the basics of climbing kit like harnesses and helmets, which will give you an excellent grounding if you decide to pursue climbing in the future.
Our climbing experience is a perfect taster for rock climbing and a fun and active pursuit with like-minded individuals. Once you've conquered your first climb we guarantee it will leave you wanting more!
